This flow-captor is a unique,
precise, metering flow switch with adjustable set-point for industrial
applications. With the 4120.1- you can set an exact flow set-point
and simultaneously measure flow speed where conventional devices
are restricted by lack of space.

Simple and convenient operation
and adjustment, the 4120.1- flow-captor features the following possibilities:
- Adjustment of the required measuring range
between 0-20 cm/s and 0-300 cm/s resulting in a set-point accuracy,
at lower ranges, of 10 times higher than is possible with conventional
measuring devices, within the same range.
- Simple reading of the actual flow rate.
- Simple and exact setting of the set-point.
- The set-point adjustment is relative to
the maximum value of the range adjusted.

Sensorhead and Housing

The sensorhead is constructed
from one piece of stainless steel, which is resistant to most
corrosive media and non-intrusive. Install the 4120.1- by
a T-piece or welded nipple.
The housing is constructed
of class fiber reinforced PBTP (Ultradur) and contains a clearly
arranged control and display panel. With more than 20 years
experience in flow sensing, the 4120.1- shape was created
for optimum performance and stability.

Connection

The connection is made
with a plug/screw connector that combines the advantages of
a plug/socket and a molded table.
Consequently, the flow-captor
can be installed before the cable is attached, which facilitates
mechanical installation and allows simple replacement of the
connection cable. The flow-captor is also available with an
industrial standard mini-plug connector.
