This 4320.1- is a precise,
metering flow switch with adjustable set-point for industrial applications.
You may set an exact flow set-point and simultaneously measure flow
speed where conventional devices is restricted by lack of space.
The 4320.1- is simple to operate. You
can adjust the required measuring range between 0-20 cm/s and 0-300
cm/s resulting in a set-point accuracy, at lower ranges. This is
10 times higher than other conventional measuring devices within
the same range.
Other possibilities include:
- Simple reading of the actual flow rate.
- Simple and exact adjustment of the set-point.
- The set-point adjustment is relative to
the maximum value of the range adjusted, which remains the same
even when the range is altered.

Sensorhead and Housing

The sensor-element
of the inline flow-captor is fitted to the outside of the
sensor pipe. Since there is no element inside the pipe, the
sensor is non-intrusive to the flow. The housing is constructed
of class fiber reinforced PBTP (Ultradur) and contains a clearly
arranged control and display panel. Its design is the result
of more than 20 years experience in industrial flow sensing.

Connection
 |
Connect the flow-captor
with a plug/screw connector that combes the advantages of
a plug/socket with a molded table. The flow-captor can be
installed before the cable is attached, facilitating mechanical
installation and simple replacement of the connection cable.
The flow-captor is also available with an industrial standard
mini-plug connector.
