4320.13 monitors ferrous sulphate dosing in a remote industrial
effluent plant. Sulphate, used to breakdown phosphates, is critical.
The local water distributor will not accept effluent for secondary
treatment unless levels are within legislated limits.
The flow-captor ensures continuous dosing is maintained within the
described limits, if dosing falls below the minimum level the flow-captor
will output a signal that automatically shuts down the remote plant.
