flow-captor model 4120 can be used to protect heat exchangers in much the same way they are used to protect pump systems.

By monitoring the flour of product and initiating shut off circuitry at a specified low flow, or no flow point, the flow-captor effectively prevents equipment and product damage due to overheating.
