Air Purge in Pumping Stations

At pump stations, the motor cage must be purged with air on a continuous basis to prevent vapors from accumulating in the pumping station. Model 3202 vent-captor is well suited to ensure that airflow into the motor cage is not interrupted.

If the fan stops operating, the vent-captor will detect the no flow condition and shutdown the system, or initiate the operation of a backup fan.
