is calibrated to sense the difference in heat transfer properties
between the still and agitated media, as well as the difference
)between wet/dry & product interface conditions.
The flow-captor can be equipped with a dual output, one to detect
agitation, the other Output set to shut off the agitator if the
product level drops below a specified point.
