vent-captors
are located in 1 inch diameter nozzles at 30 degree angles to the
direction of coal flow.
The nozzles are open-ended to the coal feeder lines. As long as
coal is flowing, a suction will be created and fresh air will be
pulled into the suction line past the vent-captor.
if a coal feeder line is blocked, the vent-captor will signal the
operator before any damage occurs to associated equipment. |
